This is a 4-week online series (1 hour weekly). Starting October 26th at 11am
This online group is intentionally created for individuals feeling overwhelmed with the intensity of life. When the world feels overwhelming, your nervous system deserves care, compassion, and connection.
In this group space, you are not expected to “push through” or have it all figured out. Instead, we gather to gently process what we’re carrying — together.
Using somatic awareness and body-based practices, we’ll focus on:
This is a trauma-informed, supportive environment where your lived experience is honored. You are welcome just as you are. Each session invites you to find a gentle focus on connection and belonging, helping you to feel more anchored in both yourself and within your community.
These events are co-hosted by Cimena and TaNesha.
Both facilitators bring a grounded, compassionate presence with their extensive professional knowledge to provide a trauma-informed, body-based practice.
Join us for our monthly 1 to 1.5-hour support circle.
First Friday of the month- starting on November 6th.
This will be a dedicated, online sanctuary for the matriarchs and wise elders of our healing community navigating perimenopause and menopause. This intentional space honors the profound physical and identity shifts of this life stage, offering a container to process grief, express anger, and celebrate transformation.
Grounded in shared peer support and emotional processing, our gatherings invite you to step fully into your emerging power alongside peers who truly understand the journey.

Gordon's Green Gables sits on the traditional land of the Dakota, Sioux, Anishinabe, Chippewa, and Ojibwe peoples. We acknowledge their ancestors who lived in the Hugo area and were forcibly removed from here. Hugo was the summer land of the Dakota people who harvested wild rice from the lakes in this area. Honoring the past, present, and future Indigenous stewards of this land is one small way that we are working to decolonize and spread awareness of historical truths.
