In the quiet wisdom of the herd, we are invited to return to ourselves.
Gracefully Held by the Herd is a restorative, experiential workshop/retreat designed specifically for helping professionals—therapists, healers, nurses, doctors, social workers, coaches, and caregivers—who hold space for others and are ready to be held themselves.
Through somatic practices, equine-assisted exploration, and time in nature, you are offered a safe space to reconnect with your body, reawaken your inner wisdom, and ground into the grace that lives beneath burnout, compassion fatigue, and overextension.
With the presence of horses—masters of regulation, relationship, and authenticity—you’ll be guided to the felt sense of safety, embodiment, and grace. No horse experience is required; all interactions are on the ground.
This retreat is not about learning how to do more. It’s about remembering how to be more fully you—with softness, clarity, grace, and strength.
Our land is a haven of calm and beauty — a space intentionally created to support healing and connection. Our equine partners bring a grounded, heart-centered presence to this work, helping participants access deeper insight, safety, and emotional release through non-verbal, intuitive communication.
Leave more grounded, more graceful, and more whole.
We can't wait to share the day with you~ Spaces are limited so register today!
Rainfall Therapy and Equine Retreats
Gordon's Green Gables sits on the traditional land of the Dakota, Sioux, Anishinabe, Chippewa, and Ojibwe peoples. We acknowledge their ancestors who lived in the Hugo area and were forcibly removed from here. Hugo was the summer land of the Dakota people who harvested wild rice from the lakes in this area. Honoring the past, present, and future Indigenous stewards of this land is one small way that we are working to decolonize and spread awareness of historical truths.
