Mental Health Therapy

Traditional mental health therapy is offered in an office or outdoor setting.  Multiple techniques and therapeutic models are offered as each client brings a unique sense of need to every session.  Therapeutic techniques include:  attachment focused, mindfulness based, person centered, narrative, and play therapy.


Clients are provided a holistic, integrative approach to therapy working collaboratively with physicians, psychiatrists, nutritionists, body workers, acupuncturists and homeopathy to provide an optimum level of care.
